Medway Secondary Schools & Academies M-R

Rainham Mark Grammar School Rainham, Medway. Selects on high aggregate scores, but in recent years has taken all who have passed the Medway tests. Appeals organised by Independent Appeal Administrator. 24 qualified first choices oversubscribed on 2nd March 2010. Initial pass mark was 526 (Medway 521), but ended up offering places to all who had passed subsequent to appeals.

Rainham School for Girls. Usually oversubscribed. 8 first choices oversubscribed on 2nd March 2010.

Robert Napier School Gillingham. Heavily oversubscribed.OFSTED September 2009 - Satisfactory. 19 first choices oversubscribed on 2nd March 2010, fewer than in previous years.

Rochester Grammar School. Selects on high aggregate scores. In past years has had a number of successful appeals but for 2010 entry, has raised planned admission number to 165, so pass mark was lower at 534. Appeals organised by Independent Appeal Administrator. By the time the appeals were concluded in 2010, most girls who had passed had secured places. 48 qualified first choices oversubscribed on 2nd March 2010.
